Thank you for choosing our service. There are just a few simple steps to complete to have your property listed on MLS.

Your home or property will be placed on MLS once we receive the signed Listing Agreement, Addendum A, Agency Disclosure, completed MLS Input Form and payment. The input time is usually one hour, upon completion you will be sent a copy of your active listing. If your information is received before 1:00 during business hours your listing will be posted in MLS that day, if it is received after 1:00 it will be posted in MLS the following business day.

• You may submit up to 20 photos of your home to be placed on your MLS listing free of charge. At least one photo must be submitted within 5 days of the listing's activation and up to 19 additional photos may be added within the first 48 hours of your listings activation on MLS at no charge. A $15.00 charge will apply if you add them in after the 48 hours. You may email your photos to photos@emeraldsells.com, please name your photos, Your Last Name01, Your Last Name02 and so on in the order you would like them displayed, if you do not specify the order we will choose it for you and a charge of $15.00 will apply should you decide to change the order. Please send all files in JPG format and do not send more than 10 megabytes per email message or it will be returned to you.

• As a free bonus your listing will appear on the following sites with the number of photos that will show:   www.homefind.com , www.realtor.com ,  www.boston.com , www.masslive.com , www.homes.com , The Attleboro Sun www.sunchronicle.com  and www.mlshomefinder.com We will always offer every service available to our customers, however we have no control over these bonus sites and therefore we cannot guarantee their reliability and they are subject to change without prior notice.

Our accepted methods of payment are MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Electronic Check or personal check.

If paying by personal check please note: Payment must be received prior to placing the listing on MLS. You may pay online with an electronic check for same day service.

Step One:

Please print the PDF files below: the Listing Agreement, Addendum A and Agency Disclosure must all be printed, signed (initial at the bottom of all pages where required) and faxed to 781-447-9044. All three forms must be received by us in order to list your property on MLS.
